I have some on my buggy. It is awesome to use and it is very safe. Safety is the biggest plus I see using it. The biggest negative is cost. you also have to be more careful to not let it rub against things when you are using it.

Is yours Dyneema or something else I saw somewhere that their is another type being used. Looking to save some weight, but cost is a factor.

I've been using Amsteel Blue line since 2005. I originally bought it from rockstomper.com, but the next line I buy will come from amsteelblue.com. It has never broken under usage, and I learned how to splice it last year when building my buggy for easier repairs if it ever does.
The stuff is not too UV-stable, but some companies claim their line has an additive that helps with this. Masterpull comes to mind.

I have had mine since 04 and it has faded but not broke, I like it a whole lot more than wire. No spurs in your hands, floats, just expencive.

You might look on pirate in the vendor section, they sometimes have odd lengths at good prices.
